Company Lawyer

Scope of legal service including but not limited to:

1. Providing  legal advice;

2. Assisting  in formulating rules and regulations of Company;

3. Drafting,  amending, reviewing contract and other legal documentations involved in operation and management of company;

4. Providing  legal opinion on legal issues involved in decision-making of business operation;

5. Providing  legal opinion and plan of resolution to conflicts and dissension during the business operation;

6. According  to specific circumstance, writing attorney letters to opposing party;

7. With  authority empowered, representing company to sign legal writs;

8. Assisting  in applying for business license or certificate;

9. Providing  employees with legal training;

10. Providing  legal assists in dealing with employment contract issues including but not limited to drafting or reviewing employment contract, recruiting, dismissing employees or changing job position of employees and etc. ;

11. Assisting  in take receivables back, and based on specific circumstance, taking legal measures;

12. Assisting  in protecting intellectual property rights of company;

13. Assisting  in or taking part in major business negotiation;

14. Providing  a testimony for company’s legal measures or legal documentation;

15. Providing  legal service and insuring the legitimacy for the establishment of enterprises, equity transfer, capital increase or reduction, invitation for bid or bidding for something, merging & acquisition or separation, liquidation and unregistration, asset reorganization, restructuring and listing;

16. Assisting  in raising funds and its operating; assisting in making plan of investment and financing; providing legal instruction to M&A and investment; assisting in investigation on finance and credit of partners;

17. To  ensure the accuracy, legitimacy and feasibility of plan of investment, assisting in evaluating on investing items;

18. Based  on authorization empowered, handling internal and external non-litigation legal affairs or representing to mediation;

19. Based  on authorization empowered, representing to handle lawsuit or arbitration;

20. Based  on authorization empowered, representing to handle other legal issues;
